What Does Commando Football Mean To You: It means hard work and dedication to be a good young man.

Adam was a four year player for the COMMANDOS, and had an excellent career for HHS.  He always showed COMMANDO Pride and was a true team player as he was always willing to do whatever he could to help the team.  He was a good student, and worked very hard at practice every day.  His commitment to the weightroom made him the team’s strongest player during his senior season.  He helped the team in the trenches on both sides of the ball at Center on offense and on the Defensive Line.  He saw a little game action on the Defensive Line during his junior year, and was a very important member of the Offensive Line starting games in both his junior and senior seasons.  He helped the team to gain the most rushing yards in school history with 4,209 as well as an appearance in the class 6A State Championship Game during his junior season.  As a senior he helped the team to the most rushing yards during the regular season in school history with 3,326 as well as a District 9-AAA Championship.  The team will have a hard time replacing Adam’s presence in the trenches.

2014-Started at Center on the Offensive Line where he helped lead the way for the team to rush for a school record 3,326 yards during the regular season.  He was also a reserve Defensive Lineman.  Took on a leadership role on the Offensive Line and was a true team player, as he never cared who got any credit for anything as long as the team was successful.  He always worked hard and did everything that was asked of him.

2013-Took a while to get back to playing shape after being hampered by injury throughout the offseason, but came around and was able to help the team on both sides of the ball.  Started several games at Center in playoffs where he helped the team make it to the State Championship Game.  Recorded 1 tackle from his Defensive Line position during the season which came in the Mt. Juliet game.

2012-Played on the JV team, and was a backup offensive and defensive Lineman for the Varsity.

2011-Was the Freshman teams starting Center.  He showed as much improvement from week to week as anyone on the team.  Once he learned and understood the Center position he was an anchor on the offensive line.  He led the Freshman team in pancake blocks for the season.  Wore jersey #75 for the Freshman.
