What Does Commando Football Mean To You: Being part of a dynasty of brotherhoods that work hard and form bonds that last a lifetime.

Alan was a great kid that shows what hard work and determination can do for a player that stays committed to the team.  He showed COMMANDO PRIDE every day during his 4 year playing career; he consistently encouraged his teammates to work hard and give more to the team in practice.  His work ethic paid off as he worked his way into a starting position at defensive tackle during the 2014 where he helped lead the team to a District 9-AAA championship.  He ended his career with 11 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, and 1 QB hurry.  His commitment to improving and love for his team is something that will be difficult to replace.

2014-Worked his way into the rotation on the defensive line at tackle and ended up being a starter there for several games towards the later part of the season.  Alan was also an offensive tackle where he saw limited game action throughout the season.  On defense, he ended the season with 11 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, and 1 QB hurry.  His career high for tackles in a game was against Portland when he was responsible for 5 stops including 2 for lost yardage.  He was also critical in the team’s 28-27 victory against Beech when he had 3 tackles.  His other tackles were recorded against Station Camp, Mt. Juliet, and Brentwood while his tackles for loss were in the Mt. Juliet and Station Camp games.   His QB pressure came against Mt. Juliet.

2013-Was a reserve offensive and defensive lineman and saw limited game action.  Also played on the JV team.

2012-Played on the JV team.

2011-Played in the trenches for the Freshman team, and made much improvements as the season went on.  He progressed as much as any player from day one until the end of the year.   Alan wore #66 as a freshman.
